         In a closed questionnaire, the questions are in                 the form of multiple choice or checklist. That                   way, respondents can only answer questions                   with the available options.

    C. Mix questionnaire

         A mixed questionnaire is actually a combination           of open and closed questionnaire types. Besides           being useful for obtaining in-depth                                         information, the method also provides some                   numerical data.
