DESCRIPTIVE TEXT ABOUT MY PRAKERIN AT PT. GRAHA PADMA INTERNUSA

Assignment : Descriptive Text About Your Prakerin

My name is Grista Karunia E from SMK N 4 SEMARANG, class 12 DPIB 2. I am an intern at PT Graha Padma Internusa. PT Graha Padma is a housing estate created by PT Graha Padma Internusa which is still in the Djarum Group. PT Graha Padma Internusa itself was built since 1991 until now. There I was supervised by a supervisor named Mr. Angga Hendriyanto. 

It has been 3 months since I was assigned to supervise the work of piasa (food court), 1-story type mentha residence, and Graha Padma Shophouse. In the 1-story residential house from the start of casting to roofing work. And also supervise the work in the food court from the start of land clearing and the next process of excavating the soil measuring the floor mop using a waterpass. Sometimes I was tasked with filing reports and important files that were used as important document archives. 

Allhamdulilah, what I can learn from this 3-month internship is that I can see firsthand how the process of working on the house from the beginning. From the start of land clearing, formwork making, the casting stage, and up to the roof truss. I was introduced directly to the shape of sloof, iron begel, iron pedestal, the difference between threaded iron and plain iron, and others. I learned how to calculate the volume of soil excavation, calculate the area of the house and measure whether or not the house is angled. I also learned how to read working drawings. 

I'm happy to do my internship here because I get direct knowledge from the supervisor of Graha Padma. Getting new knowledge from new people, and the place is very comfortable. The people around are also very friendly, and greet each other when they meet. And in my opinion, interning in this place has a lot of experience meeting many people with extraordinary work experience.
