Hai, assalamu'alaikum wr.wb. Apakabar kalian semua? Disini saya akan mendefinisikan apa itu Survey, Fungsi dari Survey, Macam macam Survey, dan juga Contoh Survey. Bagi kalian yang mencari ide ide tentang judul kita diatas yuk baca sampai selesai. 

1. Definition of survey 

    answer : The survey is a quantitative study  using          the same structured questions for everyone, then        all the answers obtained by the researcher are              recorded, processed and analyzed. 

2. Function

    answer : 

    a. describe data from research objects, and                           interpret and analyze them systematically.

    b. to obtain facts from existing symptoms

    c. evaluate and compare things that have been                     done by other people in dealing with similar                     things

    d. conducted on a number of individuals/units by               census or by sample, the results are used for                   decision making. 

3. Expression to explain / sentences

    answer : 

    A. Yes/ No question

         example : do you like watching movies on                           Netflix? (Yes/No) 

    B. Agree/Disagree question

         example : do you agree to recommend the                         product? (Agree/Disagree) 

    C. Open question

         example : what kind of movies do you                                   watch often? (horror movie/action                                         movie/comedy movie/ romance movie). 

4. Types of survey 

    answer : 

    1.Health Survey

        Experts in the health sector use surveys to                        obtain various health information from the                      community and to determine the level of public            knowledge about certain diseases and also to                  find out the community's healthy lifestyle.

    2.Private Survey

        Made for certain people only and not                                    published.

    3.Paper survey

        Paper surveys are often easier to read for                           many since they’re printed in large fonts with                  black text on white paper. But one major con of              paper surveys is that they can be pricier. Paper              surveys have to be printed off, sometimes in                    large quantities, to reach your audience.

The above is an example of a survey taken from a hospital survey where surveys of products / drugs, payments, etc. are carried out.

6. Writting Survey

      answer : 

The image above is an example of a Survey question about student health. From this question we can find out the respondent's answer which we can conclude. 

As you can see, respondents' answers differed depending on how they felt. Try to understand above that some students have a history of illness that most of the parents also know and check with the doctor. 

But some students do not have a history of illness. In the survey we also know that students need medicine at the school health center (uks) which is expected to help students in emergencies and costs incurred.
